Damian Stoupe PhD
Catholic Counsellor – Writer – Researcher

COUNSELLOR
I work with individuals who are trying to make sense of their lives: their relationships, their work, the gap between who they are and who they feel called to be. My practice draws on person-centred and skills-based approaches, shaped by a Catholic understanding of the human person..

RESEARCHER
My doctoral research examined what happens when organisations reduce people to their functional roles, stripping away the personal dimension that makes work humanly meaningful. That question runs through everything I write and teach: what does it mean to remain a person in systems designed to treat you as a function?

WRITER
I write for people who take their faith seriously and want to think carefully about how it bears on the whole of their lives. My books draw on Catholic spiritual tradition, pastoral experience, and academic research — written for the general reader, not the specialist.
